Responsibilities

  • Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
  • Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
  • Identifies resources required for each task.
  • Conducts research necessary to develop and/or revise functional requirements.
  • Validates system change requirements to enhance integrity and user functionality.
  • Prepares documentation.
  • Provides technical advice and direction to support staff and/or users.

Required Qualifications

  • Secret Clearance
  • Specialized – Superior functional knowledge of task order-specific systems.Highly desired to have been assigned or performed duties as an Airlift orRequirements Planner in an Air Mobility Division (AMD) and used the Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS) and the Global Decision Support System (GDSS) to build and execute an airlift schedule. Knowledgeable with or has used the Intra-Theater Airlift Request System (ITARS) for theater movement requests and the FLOW application of CAMPS used by the Deployment Distribution Operation Center (DDOC). Software Training and/or Testing background is desirable.
  • Master of Science – 6 years of experience, 4 of which must be specialized. OR
  • Bachelor of Science – 8 years of experience, 6 of which must be specialized. OR
  • Associate in Science - 10 years of experience, 8 of which must be specialized. OR
  • High School Diploma – 12 years of experience, 10 of which must be specialized.
