  • Aggressively search and develop new opportunities, capture and win new business for TCI within DLA.
  • Focus on maximizing TCI's DLA JETS contract vehicle through business development efforts to develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Verifiable track record I winning new business in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of the customer/DLA with the ability to open doors and drive business to the vehicle.
  • Experience in working with customers and partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with the technical solutions team to setup and exectue customer meetings, develop appealing presentations and demonstrate TCI's value to drive to new business with DLA.
  • Support the proposal by providing necessary intelligence, contribute to win themes and discriminators and ensure alignment with DLA culture, needs and challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong existing relationships with DLA leadership and knowledge of DLA mission and operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to make new customer connection and develop relationships under tight time frames to drive new business opportunities.
  • Proven history of communicating effectively with US Government customers, executive and senior leadership, and support management staff.
  • Experience with the DoD IT Acquisition process, milestones, and experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation to support creation of acquisition documentation.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills, with an ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality deliverables created through collaboration.
  • Ideal candidate will have DoD Program Management experience, strong knowledge of DoD regulations and industry best practices, PMP certification, personnel management skills involving large teams, and experience with exceeding $15M in revenue is desired.
