The Systems Analyst I position is a hire for an awarded and fully funded program under the TSA. He/She will be responsible for maintaining the desktop infrastructure and performing inventory and asset management.

  • Perform facility and equipment transfers and deployments including recording the request, moving the equipment, assembling the equipment, configuring the equipment, and testing the equipment.
  • Perform new workstation imaging and configuration including recording the request, imaging the workstation, configuring and patching the workstation, and testing to ensure the new equipment is fully operational.
  • Perform physical inventory on equipment to include physically locating and inspecting all devices to be inventoried and recording that information.
  • Assist with renewing licensing on TSA software and maintenance agreements on hardware including tracking and reporting expiration dates and the need for waivers.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with users at all times.
  • Assist other team members as requested with Service Desk duties, and VTC management.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience providing Hardware/Software support services
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TSA classified or unclassified systems is a plus
  • CompTIA A+ is desired
