TCI CEO Presents at 2016 FAPAC Career Development for High Performers Mentorship Program

Alexandria, Virginia – TRI-COR Industries, Inc. (TCI), a leading provider of information technology services, announces that TCI’s CEO, Ms. Elizabeth El-Nattar, presented a workshop on “Leading with your Heart and Managing with your Brain” during the Kickoff Meeting for the 2016 FAPAC Career Development for High Performers Mentorship Program on July 14, 2016, at the USDA Jamie L. Whitten building in Washington DC. The seminar, which was sponsored by FAPAC, supported by the Veterans Affairs Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (VA OSDBU), to mentor a group of government employees to grow their leadership and management skills to facilitate career growth and advancement.

Ms. El-Nattar also conducted two workshops at the FAPAC National Leadership Training Program (NLTP) held in Orlando FL on May 9-13, 2016. The first session was Communicating for Personal & Professional Success which focused on making effective interpersonal communication skills into a habit, integrating them into our professional and personal lives. The second session focused on Communicating for Leadership Success to help attendees develop communication skills to effectively influence and lead. Additionally, she served as the Master of Ceremonies at the Civilian Awards Dinner. The event was a great success and had hundreds of in-person attendees and many virtual attendees as well.

Ms. El-Nattar commented: "I am always very excited to speak at FAPAC training events because the audience is always very engaged, and they come from a very diverse background. It's truly rewarding to see our public servants working so diligently to advance their skills to do even greater good."
