TCI Earns Three New ISO Certifications

ALEXANDRIA, VA., October 13, 2017 - TRI-COR Industries, Inc. (TCI), a leading provider of enterprise information technology solutions, has achieved the following International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certifications: 270001:2013, 20000-1:2011, and 9001:2015. TCI was certified after an in-depth independent outside appraisal and assessment which investigated various areas of TCI's internal and customer-facing operations.

Specifically, our set of ISO certifications:

  • ISO 27001:2013 - relates to the TCI information security management system and how well the organization is performing against defined security controls. It certifies that TCI maintains an internal information management system that conforms to industry standards and best practices.
  • ISO 20000-1:2011 - is the international standard for quality management specifically focused on IT service management (ITSM). This certifies that that TCI can deliver ITSM solutions and services that are at the highest level of process maturity.
  • ISO 9001:2015 - indicates that TCI's overall Quality Management programs and practices are aligned with leading industry practices.

Obtaining our ISO certification is consistent with TCI's strategic plan to achieve and sustain the highest possible levels of process maturity in the areas of security management, general quality management practices, and ITSM delivery.
