TRI-COR Establishes a Second Innovation Lab in Alexandria VA

Alexandria, Virginia – TRI-COR Industries, Inc. (TCI), announced today the successful establishment of a state of the art innovation lab and virtual collaboration center in Alexandria, VA. Our new innovation lab will focus on Federal Civilian agency needs including Change Management, DevOps, Integration, Scaling Agile practices, Cloud strategies and Solutions. This lab will also test the application of bleeding edge technologies that are too risky for real-time client implementation without having conducted controlled experimentation.

As TCI continuously seeks opportunities to improve our Information Technology (IT) services delivery we established this twin lab to work in conjunction with its sister innovation lab, located in O’Fallon, IL.

The twin labs specialize in a variety of disciplines, practices and technologies and complements each other in very synergistic ways to help fulfill TCI’s vision of being the thought leader of strategic innovation and cutting edge technology in the global market. TCI thrives to develop new market verticals as well as continuously improve its core capabilities which include IT Service Management (ITSM), Full Stack Coverage of Hardware, Operating Systems, Applications, Network, Data Center Management, Databases, Storage Management, and Cyber Security.

Our O’Fallon lab established in 2014, focuses primarily on R&D activities related to Enterprise Services Management, Mobility Infrastructure Engineering and No Service Interruption Solutions for the Department of Defense clients. Terry Finchum, TCI’s Vice President of Operations Stated: “The lab allows our talented staff to freely develop engineering solutions for the technologies, procedures, products and services that enable proactive, end-to-end Performance Monitoring, Systemic Configuration Management, Problem Detection & Resolution, and Information Technology Resource Accounting & Allocation. We also experiment with creative engineering solutions that improves systems availability and ensures zero-interruption of services as releases are fielded.”
