This Privacy Statement covers the Personal Data collection, use, and disclosure practices of TCI websites, products, and services that link to this Privacy Statement. "Personal Data" is information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. RESUME COLLECTION
TCI’s website provides the capability for users to submit their resumes to TCI. Any resume received by TCI will be held in confidence and used only to consider the applicant for employment.
SENSITIVE DATA
"Sensitive Data" is data that pertains to a person’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, income records, health, sexual orientation, or alleged commission of any offense. TCI does not solicit Sensitive Data and, except as required by law, will not disclose Sensitive Data to any third party. Further, TCI will not use your Sensitive Data for any purpose other than (1) for the purpose for which you originally provided it, (2) for a purpose you later expressly consented to, or (3) where necessary to fulfill TCI’s legal obligations.

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY
TCI’s products and services are not directed to children and TCI does not knowingly collect online personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, outside the above circumstances we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
