Tracy Townsend is TCI's Vice President (VP) of Civilian Services leading the business development and capture efforts for all federal civilian customers. Tracy retired from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in 2011 after a 29-year career in federal law enforcement as a National Program Manager for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) at Headquarters in Washington, DC. Throughout his career, he has also worked directly with the Departments of Treasury, Labor, Justice and Health and Human Services. He holds a bachelor's degree from Barry University.
Tracy is an avid supporter and ad hoc volunteer for the Border Patrol Foundation (BPF), a registered 501(c)(3) organization whose mission includes providing direct support to the families of Border Patrol Agents severely injured or killed in the line of duty. With over 30 years of experience in the federal sector, Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our business engagements with civilian agencies as VP of Civilian Services, ensuring that TCI always brings the highest value to each and every one of our customers.
